Icarus FC OVPL White

The partnership with Icarus FC is debuting with two benefit tops. The benefit initiative started during the global pandemic that COVID-19 has brought in 2020. Initially, the giveback program began with the inaugural OVPL scarf produced by Global Scarves. The OVPL White top is the second top produced by Icarus FC for the giveback initiative. The OVPL Black top was the first top produced by Icarus FC that will also be part of the giveback program.

For the OVPL White top, It Starts With The Shoes in Cincinnati, Ohio has been selected for the giveback program. Created in 2014, Jim and Mary Frank decided to fix the issue of soccer players not having proper footwear to play the game. Beginning at Withrow High School and the 40 players sharing 23 pairs of shoes, It Starts With The Shoes kicked off. The initiative from the Franks were featured on The18.com in the midst of the soaring costs of youth soccer in America. The non-profit is a simple initiative to help young players stay healthy and enjoy the game they love, simply through a new pair of soccer shoes.
